Hairitage Salon and Design Always Welcomes New Guest Who Are Looking For The Best Stylist In Town
SALON POLICY
It’s no secret that we enjoy having children around, many in the salon have children ourselves. I simply ask that since we are a small salon that you please have childcare arrangements for your appointment. With sharpe tools, hot irons, and chemicals around the salon, it is important that no one gets hurt. I am not just asking this of children, but also with limited seating we need all the room we can for our guest we are providing services for and the ones waiting for their appointment as well.
DEPOSIT POLICY FOR NEW GUEST
All services for new guests will require a 50% deposit for the first appointment. Deposits will vary depending on the service desired. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your service the day of your appointment.
**This policy is implemented to protect the stylist from last minute cancellations and no-shows.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL SERVICES
All appointments require a 48hr notice for any cancellations. We do however understand that emergencies do come up so please communicate with us. Any guest who does not follow our cancellation policy will be sent an invoice for the remaining amount of the desired services that must be paid in order to reschedule with any of our stylists. If you have rescheduled an existing appointment more than three times, you will be required to put a 50% deposit down to hold that appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
